Got two tickets one afternoon one for expired registration and the other one for no driver's license I had let it expired by 6 years they... took care of the no driver's license in Garland I didn't even have to go to court they deferred it for one month thank you guys and got the warrant lifted I had in Dallas what's a great experience the case got dismissed I will use these guys again if I need them.read more

One of the best experiences I had. My teenage son had almost $3,000 in traffic tickets and I ran out of options as a parent on what to do.... So I called Winocour Law and spoke with Bre Fulks in regards to our situation. She showed so much empathy and informed me that everything is gonna be fine and honestly I believed her and went further with the process. Robert and Jonathan saved my life. I was told by various other law firms I was looking at felony probation or prison time. I can't really give a fair review... I called to ask for your firms assitance with a ticket out of Ferris Municipal, the receptionist said... she was very busy, took down my email, said I would be contacted before the end of day and never sent me anything/or called. I filled out a form on your website and also got no call. Good luck to me at my court appearance!

I highly recommend Winocour law if you are ever in an auto accident. I was first introduced to Jonathon Winocour about 20 years ago when my... sister was hit by a drunk driver. He handled her case against him. Jonathon Winocour won my sister the full settlement. A couple years later I was in an auto accident which lead to serious spinal injury. Against all odds fighting insurance companies and adjusters, Jonathan Winocour prevailed and got the full settlement amount without even having to go to court. I was very impressed and grateful for his genius. He is a very personable and honest. He gives it to you straight, and he has your best interest at the forefront always! About ten years later I was involved in a second auto accident which cause more spinal injuries. Having my preexisting conditions, Jonathan had to prove this new accident had exacerbated my injuries. This was extremely difficult but not impossible for Winocour Law! He made the whole stressful process extremely smooth and easy for me. I knew I was in good hands and trusted Winocour Law to help me. I was beyond pleased with my experience with Winocour Law. After forgetting I had two old tickets that were in Warrant status, I reached... out to Winocour hoping they could at least get the near $1,000 in tickets reduced. I spoke with Bre on the phone who was very sweet. She outlined the whole process for me and answered all of my questions. The firm's communication was excellent the whole time and as of this afternoon, I just received word from them that the tickets were 100% dismissed! I couldn't be happier. Just don't hire them. I've hired several lawyers before and had issues taken care of seamlessly. After receiving a bogus ticket I ended up... paying more than the original ticket was even for thanks to these guys. Won't be hiring in the future... you shouldn't either.read more

I was very pleased with Winocour Law's performance on getting my case dismissed. This was two old tickets from several years ago that I had... completely missed somehow and were now coming back to haunt me. I was able to simply give my information to the firm, make sure they had all the paperwork they needed, and not worry about another thing. They handled getting a hold on any legal action currently against me for the issue, the court hearing without me having to be there and the next thing I know I got an email that my tickets were dismissed. Although I know things don't always go this smoothly, they were efficient and I was always kept in the loop for anything I needed to know. Also, the only fees were my initial fees that they advertise, no hidden additional fees after the fact. They were up front that there could be additional fees depending on the outcome of my case, but I was pleased to find that in my case at least this was not necessary.
I would highly recommend their firm for ticket dismissals at the very least and would definitely consult with them first on any other legal issues I had that their firm handles.read more

I got a speeding ticket in Palmer a while back, and Winocour is in the process of handling it for me. Whenever I speak to somebody in the... office, they are helpful and attentive and I know my case is being well-handled. Winocour Law is a crack legal team I would recommend to anyone.
UPDATE: Got my disposition by email today! The fine was reduced by $60 and I never have to go back to Palmer, which is good because it's way out of my way. The staff was super friendly and helpful and they never let the phone go to voicemail. It doesn't matter who answered the phone, every single person was efficient, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. Everything was handled over-the-phone and through email, meaning I could still go to school and work feeling comfortable that my case was in good hands. Now, all I have to do is pay the fine that was reduced more than 35% and take a Driver's Safety Course (which I would have had to do anyway since I'm under 25). As I said before, Winocour has been fantastic in every way and I would recommend them to any person who asked!read more
